On April 17, an emergency services dispatcher in Suffolk County, named ESD Timothy Murphy, assisted with the delivery of a baby. The department of Fire, Rescue and Emergency Services presented a certificate to Murphy for his role in the successful delivery. The incident occurred in the Coram Fire District.
