A real estate company, CBRE Land Services Group, is in talks with a potential buyer to develop a two-acre property in downtown Naperville, which is currently anchored by a Walgreens, JC Licht, AT&T and Hot Yoga Naperville. The property, which has been up for sale for over a year, is currently home to four businesses, including Walmarts, JCLicht, and AT&t. The site is already zoned for multiple uses, including residential units, stores, and restaurants. CBRE's senior vice president, Matt Ishikawa, confirmed that there are no current plans to close their existing businesses. The company has produced conceptual plans for the property, including an online brochure that advertises the site as a potential home to a retail and multistory residential development.
