Fresno State sweet corn is returning to the Gibson Farm Market, with sales starting at 8 a.m. on May 18. Yellow corn will be available at 37 cents per ear, down from 49 cents in 2025 and 75 cents in 2024. White corn is expected to be available soon, with white and yellow bicolor corn arriving in August. The market will also offer jams, produce, nuts, olive oils, candy and more than 20 ice cream flavors from campus dairy milk. The Fresno State Winery is offering a number of its wines at 45% off.
