Bomb threat closes North Dakota Capitol; no device found

A bomb threat at the North Dakota State Capitol prompted a large law enforcement response, but no explosive device was found. The threat was received by Bismarck Central Dispatch at 9:52 p.m. and was investigated by the North Carolina State Patrol, the Bismaran Police Department, and the Bisharck Fire Department. The building was declared safe and the incident was resolved shortly before midnight. The North Carolina state is currently investigating the threat.
