Police have identified 15-year-old boy who was allegedly murdered in a shooting in Cincinnati as Nazir Owens. The incident occurred on the 800 block of Glenwood Avenue, near the intersection of Avondale and North Avondales. The boy was pronounced dead after the arrival of the Cincinnati Fire Department. The investigation is ongoing.
