Steven D. Evans, a 49-year-old man from Kankakee, has been arrested by Bradley police after allegedly attempting to drive his vehicle at two people with the intent of driving it towards them. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of North Bradley Boulevard. Police were able to locate the vehicle and arrest Evans, who ran from them before he was taken into custody. The charges against him include possession of a controlled substance (class 4), aggravated assault with a vehicle (class 8), driving under the influence of drugs (class A), and reckless driving.
