The European Union (EU) has no appetite for energy deals with Russia, according to EU Foreign Policy Chief, Kaja Kallas. This is not the first time the EU has met with Russia and not behind closed doors. Kallas emphasised the importance of agreeing on what the EU wants to talk to Russia about, and warned against complacency.
