NES to give Winter Storm Fern update at monthly board meeting

The Nashville Electric Service (NES) board will provide an update on Winter Storm Fern and its vegetation management. The storm knocked out power to most of the country, leading to delays in the morning and the company had to hire more contract linemen to restore it. The company has since revamped its outage map to be more user-friendly and more transparent. The meeting will be televised.
