The Bay Area is experiencing an early-season heat wave over St. Patrick's Day, which has left some people feeling it most. At Dan's Irish Pub in downtown Walnut Creek, owner Saul Tallarico welcomed the heat, compared to last year's rain. HVAC technicians like Andrew Perkins from Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning have been busy due to the heat wave. Perfect Star Heating, Cooling, & Electrical also reported a significant surge in calls and messages from clients whose AC went out overnight. San Francisco resident Calum Mackey expressed relief at having air condition in his home and said he was happy to stay indoors.
