Darius Summers has been charged with criminal homicide in the stabbing death of his girlfriend, Ashley Davis, on April 4. He was also charged with unlawful gun possession by a convicted felon and gun theft. The charges stem from a cross-body bag containing a stolen pistol. The incident occurred at the home of the couple where they shared an apartment.
