Attorney runs over, kills man with his Mercedes. He wants his bond changed so he can travel

Bryan Schmitt, an Atlanta attorney whose murder conviction was overturned by the Georgia Supreme Court, has requested his bond be modified to allow him to travel. He was convicted of intentionally running over and killing Hamid Jahangard, a real estate investor, during a heated argument over a golf ball. The court ruled that the trial judge should have instructed the jury on the legal definition of an accident.
