Iditarod education event from the comfort of the library

The Iditarod is a 1,000-mile sled dog race in Alaska, where mushers travel across mountain ranges, frozen rivers and tundra. The event was held at the Hilliard branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library in Ohio. The teacher, who is also a codirector for the Iditaroid, expressed his love for teaching his students about the race and its importance.
