Detectives search for suspect in attempted kidnapping of 11-year-old in Oakland Park

The Broward Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit is seeking public assistance in identifying and locating a man who attempted to kidnap an 11-year-old boy. The incident occurred around 5.12 p.m. on Sunday evening near the 4100 block of Northwest 21st Avenue. The suspect was last seen riding a purple bike.
