Ramesh Rai, a 32-year-old man from Reynoldsburg, Ohio, has been charged with unlawful sexual contact with a minor and is also facing a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charge from a previous incident in which he failed to appear in court on a bench warrant. An investigation found numerous text messages from the teenager's phone discussing the pregnancy, which Rai allegedly threatened to send out photos and videos of the girl if she had sex with anyone else.
