Business owners on an industrial estate in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, have demanded that CCTV cameras be installed following numerous fly-tipping incidents. Tony Milson, who runs a vehicle repair shop in the area, said waste has been dumped at the site for the last four years and has been urging customers to report the problem to Broxbourne Borough Council. He has been told by council officers that it costs £10,000 to remove the rubbish.
