The Dallas-Fort Worth St. Jude Dream Home Showplace houses are being toured by the public in Southlake, Texas, on March 28 and 29. The tour includes five new homes that are for sale in a row on Riviera Lane in the Carillon Parc development. The homes are designed by Susan Semmelmann, founder and principal designer of Semmelman Interiors, and are open to the public. The event has been in development since 2022 and aims to create a unique tour of five custom builders who have raised $200,000 for St Jude over the course of the project. The hospital and builders around the country are considering expanding the concept to other cities.
