Fathom Entertainment CEO to Step Down

The CEO of Fathom Entertainment, a specialty distributor jointly owned by major theater chains AMC, Cinemark and Regal, is retiring after a nine-year tenure. Ray Nutt joined Fathom as CEO in 2017 after serving on the company's board of directors and working as senior vp of business relations at Regal Entertainment Group. He is expected to participate in the search for his replacement.
