A woman, 23-year-old Tamika Smith, has been charged with two counts of intentional child abuse for failing to provide medical attention for her two-year old daughter, who had a broken bone in the upper arm. The lack of medical attention led to "prolonging pain and suffering" for the child, according to court documents. The woman's first court appearance is scheduled for 1:30pm.
