A man has claimed that he was the victim of a robbery and attempted murder, despite charges being dropped against the alleged suspect, Simeon Boykins. The robbery occurred in June 2024 in the area of Northwest 31st Avenue and 134th Street. Boykins was arrested after fleeing the scene and heading home, but later had his charges dropped and was released from jail. Despite Boykins' denial and claim of innocence, the victim believes the crime occurred. The victim also admitted to not cooperating with the State Attorney's Office and served time in a fraud case.
