The case has been continued for 24-year-old Sterling James, the suspect accused of murdering his half-brother, his wife, and their unborn child. James is being held without bond and his charges carry the potential for the death penalty. Police believe that James murdered 26-years-old Hannah Neville and 27-years old Roberto Tanner, who was reportedly 32 weeks pregnant when he was killed. Prosecutors plan to bring forward new evidence supporting their decision to seek a death penalty for James. James' wife, Sayde Titus, is charged with two counts of accessory to murder, one count of murder of an unborn child and tampering with evidence.
