Pawel Pawlikowski's latest feature, Fatherland, has been unveiled by its director and screenwriter, with Sandra Hüller and Hanns Zischler. The film is about the relationship between the Nobel Prize-winning writer Thomas Mann and his daughter Erika, set at the height of the Cold War. It will compete for the Palme d'Or alongside other films including The Man I Love, The Man of the Night, and The Devil.
