In St. Paul’s Rondo neighborhood, a place where business dreams can come true

The Rondo Exchange business incubator in St. Paul's Rondo neighborhood has been opened as part of a campaign to help the city's historic Black community thrive. The business opened with fanfare on March 21, with attendees including artist Briauna Williams and four entrepreneurs setting up shop. The Rondo Community Land Trust has been working to preserve affordable business spaces in the city’s historically Black neighborhood for over 30 years. The organization's CEO, Mikeya Griffin, hopes that the Riden Exchange becomes a go-to-the-scenes spot for residents and helps rebuild a sense of community that has existed there for generations.
