Bistro 36, a French bistro restaurant in Littleton, Colorado, opened eight months ago and aims to be a "Burb-Friendly French Bistro" with an American twist. The restaurant is inspired by Michael Cote's childhood and cooking with his grandmother, Danielle, whom the restaurant is named after. The menu includes classic French dishes such as beef bourguignon, French onion soup, salmon meunière, and scallop Provençal. The team is also working on a second eatery, Cellar 36, set to open further west in Littletown. Bisto 36's menu features a unique twist on French cuisine, with items such as steak frites, beef bourgoignon and French Onion Soup. Despite not being traditional fare, the restaurant aims to appeal to diners seeking a more casual and comforting experience.
