Jes Staley’s wife files for divorce after ex-Barclays exec admitted to affair with Epstein staffer: report

Jes Staley's wife, Debora Staley, has filed for divorce after he admitted to having an affair with a staffer of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein during testimony. This comes a year after Jes Staley was fined $1.4 million and banned from Britain's financial industry for downplaying his relationship with Epstein. Staley had previously stated he knew nothing about Epstein's activities and was put at risk by being "open and honest" about his affair with Epstein's staff. Despite the public fallout, Staley resigned as CEO of Barclays in 2021 after six years at the bank.
