Race tickets sell fast but payout sputters

A South Florida race fan, Marcie Cruz, found herself unable to use her thousands of dollars worth of tickets after listing them online. The tickets sold quickly, but weeks went by and she didn't receive the payment. She contacted Help Me Howard with Brandon Beyer to find out what was the problem. The company that sold the tickets confirmed that the payment was temporarily held during a "standard compliance review". Once updated, they processed the payout and Marcie can use the money to catch a race in the future. Not paying after the tickets are sold is a breach of contract, and if forced to go to arbitration, you can recover any costs you had to spend.
