Forest Grove driver, dog rescued from vehicle on flooded road

A driver and dog were rescued from a submerged vehicle in flood waters in Forest Grove, Oregon, early Friday morning. Firefighters found the vehicle submerged in a deep ditch and no injuries were reported. The vehicle will not be recovered until the flood waters recede and a tow company can remove it.
