A 35-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly attacking an elderly person in a home in Northwest Miami-Dade. The alleged attack occurred when Vanessa Caridad-Rodriguez arrived uninvited and began causing a disturbance. She then allegedly grabbed the victim by the hair and violently shaved her head. The woman is being held without bond and will appear before a judge on Wednesday.
