Robert Gonzalez, the owner of the French bakery Niveaux Pâtisserie, will compete in the Ultimate Baking Championship on Food Network. The nine-week special will feature 16 bakers competing for the chance of winning $50,000. This is not the first television appearance for Gonzalez, who was a semifinalist on season 10 of the "Spring Baking Championships" and also competed on "Chopped Sweets".
