Hector International Airport in North Dakota has installed the world's first immersive reality and sensory rooms. The new interactive room allows users to explore over 700 interactive environments without the need for goggles. The sensory room is designed to be a calming space for travelers, particularly children on the autism spectrum and individuals with sensory sensitivities. The additions are part of a larger expansion project that includes a new parking ramp and a new terminal.
