First Alert Storm Command shows flooded roads near The Village after heavy rain

Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms caused flooding in the Oklahoma City metro on Wednesday night. A flash flood warning was issued for Cleveland, McClain and Oklahoma counties. KOCO 5 Field Meteorologist Michael Armstrong and Chief Photojournalist Kyle Hamm drove through the affected areas showing flooded roads. The flooding is not widespread, but contained to certain areas. The team has been certified by WeatheRate as providing the Most Accurate Forecast in Oklahoma City for 13 years.
