Hundreds of Flights Delayed at Denver International Airport... Again

The Federal Aviation Admission (FAA) has issued a ground stop order at Denver International Airport (DIA) and announced a power outage, which affected trains and other operations. Over 250 flights have been delayed and six have been canceled so far. This is the third consecutive day DIA has experienced hundreds of delays. Some of these interruptions may be related to cancellations and delays earlier this week, but this will likely significantly increase these numbers. The delays and cancellations come as TSA workers continue working without pay during a partial government shutdown and during spring break.
