Apple celebrated its 50th anniversary with a series of iconic products from 1996 to 2005, including the Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh, the iMac G3, and the Mac OS X. These products were among the company's most successful products. The company's creative partnership with Jony Ive and Steve Jobs also saw significant growth. The Mac OS was introduced in 2000 with a focus on metal interfaces and its design. The iBook was introduced a year later with a handle and a similar palette of colors, making it a significant commercial success. The Macintosh was designed differently than any other product and showcased the technological capabilities of its creators. Despite mixed reviews due to its lack of a floppy drive and limited connectivity other than USB, it was a successful product.
