Homewood Earns Recognition As 2025 Tree City USA

The Arbor Day Foundation has named Homewood, Georgia, as its 2025 Tree City USA program. The Foundation's mission is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees in their communities. The recognition comes as part of a broader effort to promote healthier, greener communities through urban forestry. The program is operated in partnership with the National Association of State Foresters and the USDA Forest Service.
