An ICE arrest at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) has sparked outrage among Democrat bystanders and politicians. The arrest of Angelina Lopez-Jimenez and Wendy Godinez-Lopez, a mother and daughter who have been subject to a final removal order back to Guatemala since 2019, was caught on camera. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) stated that the arrest occurred before ICE officers were deployed to airports to assist with TSA efforts. As the ICE officers struggled with the resisting detainee, they were mobbed by anti-ICE liberals who demanded their badges bearers. San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie (D) called the incident "upsetting" and reaffirmed the city's sanctuary policies.
