Photos: GrannyCon 2026 takes over Alameda’s Park Street to fundraise for breast cancer prevention

The second annual event, GrannyCon, took place in Alameda, California, where hundreds of businesses and individuals gathered to raise funds for breast cancer research, education, and legislation. The event was started by a group of area mothers in 2000 and aims to raise tens of thousands of pounds for the cause.
