Michaels accused Democrats of creating "chaos," suggesting that their rhetoric contributed to the fatal shootings of Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good by DHS agents. The ICE agents were deployed to support TSA agents during long lines due to the partial government shutdown. New Jersey Sen.
