Meredith Blank, the Township of Nutley Public Affairs and Health Administrator, was honored as a "Leader of Change" by New Jersey Assemblywoman Carmen Morales and Assemblyman Michael Venezia at the "Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future" event at the Brwnbox in Orange. The event's goal was to recognize women who are leading sustainability efforts across environmental, economic, educational, and social justice movements. Blank was praised for her dedication and service, her impact on Nutley, and for exemplifying the highest ideals of civic responsibility, sustainability, and community empowerment. Mayor John Kelly III also highlighted Blank's contributions to Nutley.
