Albany man charged with soliciting ‘unknown child victim’ for lewd images

Albudian man, Samuel Freeze, has been charged with two counts of possessing or distributing child sexual abuse material and possessing child pornography. The charges stem from conversations between Freeze and a 17-year-old boy, who is considered an "unknown child victim". Police also found lewd images of a child on Freeze's home.
