Mexican national arrested for murder after allegedly running over motorcyclist in Chandler

A Mexican national, Gustavo Adolfo Gavia Elias, has been arrested for second-degree murder and two counts of reckless child abuse after allegedly intentionally running over a motorcyclist in Chandler, Arizona. The accident occurred on a Wednesday night and has left the motorbike rider on life support. Prosecutors claim that Elias admitted to drinking 12 beers and using cocaine before driving.
