Kenichi Inoue, former executive at BONZO, has been arrested on suspicion of fraud for allegedly defrauding approximately 6.3 million yen in royalties. The Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC) distributes collected royalty fees to copyright owners based on broadcast usage reports.
