This growth was largely driven by increased competition from key manufacturers and increased retail visibility. Despite their growing popularity, foldable phones remain a niche segment of the smartphone industry. Motorola had the highest growth among major phone manufacturers, capturing 44% of the market. Google also saw significant growth last year, expanding 52% year over year. Despite this, Samsung remains the leader in the book-style segment, but its devices are facing increasing competition from Motorola's devices.
