The 16th Annual Bubbly On The Bayou was held at Patton’s Fine Food & Catering in Slidell, New Orleans. The event was part of a larger effort to raise money for the East St. Tammany Rainbow Child Care, which has been operating since 1983. The center serves 175 families each year with children aged 1-5. Natalie Parsons was the emceeer at the event and has praised the center's dedication to child care and education.
