Dodgers baseball player Shohei Ohtani and his agent, Nez Balelo, have settled a lawsuit over a proposed $240 million luxury housing project in Hawaii. The lawsuit, originally filed by developer Kevin Hayes Sr. and real estate broker Tomoko Matsumoto, accused the pair of undermining their role in the project after initially joining as promotional partners. The parties agreed to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice, ending all claims related to the failed project.
