Leesburg Man Arrested, Charged With Child Sexual Abuse Material

Jeffrey Steven Cohen, a man from Leesburg, Virginia, has been charged with three felony counts of receiving, possessing, and distributing child sexual abuse material via a messaging app. His home was searched in October 2025 after receiving about 10 tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The suspect is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on April 24.
