An independent United Nations probe has accused Israel and the United States of violating the UN Charter by using force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state. The probe also expressed shock over a strike on a girls school in Minab, Iran, which most of the victims were schoolgirls aged seven to 12. The inquiry also highlighted the potential for violence against the Iranian government, which has a history of human rights abuses.
