A video has emerged showing a gunman, identified as 27-year-old Julio Cesar Jasso Ramirez, opening fire on tourists, killing one. The attack occurred at the Teotihuacan ruins near Mexico City, where Jasso scaled the Pyramid of the Moon. The gunman was reportedly hit in an exchange of gunfire with federal police before turning the gun on himself. The injured included several Americans and several Europeans.
