‘This isn’t her’: Family worried about Portland teen missing since March 10

Tearny Elbrader, a 16-year-old Portland teen, has been missing since March 10 and her family is concerned about her safety. She was last seen walking towards Southeast 92nd Avenue around 11:45 p.m. near the Lents Neighborhood. Her family and police have not received many updates since sharing information about her disappearance. Tearny's family has stated that she has run away before but this time marks the longest period since they last heard from her. She is part of the SAGE program, which provides long-term treatment for survivors of human trafficking.
