Louisville failed at feds' ask to reform response to mental health crises

The United States Department of Public Affairs (Phenomenomena) has proposed several reforms to improve the situation in the past, including increasing the role of social workers in relation to mental health crises. The reforms were part of a larger effort to address the issue of child violence. The public health crisis is currently being addressed by the Department of Health.
