The 11,483-square-foot Encino estate where Selena Gomez filmed her cooking show is on the market for $6.5 million. The home, which was built by Tom Petty in 1989 to replace his lost home, has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. While Gomez's name doesn't appear on the deed, a private trust managed by her then-manager bought the home for $4.895 million in 2020. The previous owner, Randy Spendlove, was a Grammy-winning music producer and underwent extensive overhaul. The property also features a wine cellar, a gym, a massage room, a workspace and a "glam room".
