The state election board has recommended that voters cannot see the controversial new map, which was drawn up to create a 10-1 blue slate in order to counterbalance the current 6-5 majority delegation. Longtime Democrat Rep. Don Beyer, who represents a new district, has admitted to seeing the map as "unfair". The Democrats argue that it is fair for them to take back the House, which they believe is the most significant step towards defeating Donald Trump.
